Rules
These apply everywhere: the channels, voice, match channels and DMs with people you met here. Breaking them can get you removed without warning.
Who can be here
18 and older only
You must be at least 18. Lying about your age, or helping a minor join, means a permanent ban.
Be yourself
Your application, photos and age must be your own and true. No catfishing, fake profiles or pretending to be someone else.
One account per person
Don't use alternate accounts, and don't rejoin after being removed.
Single and honest about it
Be honest about your relationship status and what you're looking for.
How to treat people
Be respectful
No harassment, insults, bullying, hate speech, slurs, or attacks on anyone's race, religion, disability, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.
Respect identities
Trans members are the gender they say they are. Femboys and tomgirls are the gender they say they are. No "questions" or "tests" about anyone's body or history.
No means no
If someone says they're not interested, declines a match, or stops replying, leave them alone. Don't pressure, guilt or keep asking.
Ask before you DM
Don't message people privately unless you've matched or they said it's okay.
No threats or violence
Threats of any kind, including jokes, are not allowed.
What you post
Keep it safe for work
No nudity, sexual images or explicit sexual content in any channel, including selfies. Selfies channels are for normal photos of yourself.
No unsolicited explicit content
Never send sexual messages or images to anyone who didn't clearly ask for them, including in DMs and match channels.
Only post photos of yourself
Don't post photos of other people without their permission, and never of children.
No spam or advertising
No promoting other servers, businesses, social accounts or OnlyFans-type pages.
No illegal content
Nothing illegal in New Hampshire or the US, including selling drugs or weapons.
Privacy and money
Don't share other people's information
No posting anyone's real name, address, workplace, phone number, profile or screenshots of their messages without permission.
What happens in matches stays there
Profiles you see after a match are for you only. Don't share or screenshot them.
No money, ever
NH Dating is free. Don't ask anyone for money, gifts, gift cards, crypto or payment for anything, and don't offer paid services. If someone asks you for money, report it. It's almost always a scam.
No sex work or solicitation
Offering or requesting sex for money or anything of value is banned.
Channels and matching
Stay on topic
Use each channel for what it's named for: chat, selfies, memes and so on.
Don't game the queue
Answer your application honestly. Changing your answers or using other accounts to get a seat faster is not allowed.
Match channels are monitored
Staff can see private match channels so there's a record if something goes wrong. Keep it respectful there too.
Stay safe when meeting
Meet in public the first few times, tell a friend where you're going, and arrange your own transportation. The ID check confirms age only, not anything else about a person.
Enforcement
Staff can warn, mute, remove you from channels, unmatch you, or remove you from the server. Serious rule breaks, like anything involving minors, threats or sharing someone's private images, mean an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to Discord and the police.
Staff decisions are final, but you can ask a staff member to explain one. Report problems with Discord's report tools or by messaging a member of the Staff role. These rules are part of the Terms and Conditions.
